Set of (6) Corning Ware “Cornflower Blue” Handled Pans – P-81-B & P-83-B
Set of six vintage Corning Ware “Cornflower Blue” handled pans, made in the USA by Corning Glass Works. This group includes three P-81-B (1 pint) and three P-83-B (6½-inch) handled pans, all in the classic white Pyroceram glass-ceramic with the signature blue floral motif. Produced during the P-Series era (circa 1960s–early 1970s), these pieces represent Corning’s iconic blend of durability and design—safe for use on the stovetop, in the oven, or microwave.
Both models, sometimes called menuette pans or individual skillets, were designed for small-portion cooking or serving. Their timeless style and practical form make them highly desirable among collectors and vintage kitchen enthusiasts.
Condition
Good overall condition with light utensil marks and normal surface wear consistent with gentle use (see guide on utensil marks). One P-83-B has a minor rough area along the rim, mentioned for transparency. No cracks observed; handles and pattern remain intact and display beautifully.
