This is a Mata Ortiz contemporary redware vessel in the Casa Grandes/ Paquine tradition.  It is signed by Rosa Lopez and has a beautiful smooth volume with delightful graphics in a skillful hand.  There is a small hairline fracture on one side. 

This pot is a 12" across and 10" tall.
