Pickup Planning:
We want pickup to be easy. If you’re bundling wins across multiple auctions or need an alternate plan, please reach out in advance so we can note an approved pickup plan on your invoice.

Shipping Details:
Select items may be eligible for in-house shipping. For fragile merchandise, we will deliver items to FedEx or UPS at no charge for professional packing and shipment. After delivery to the shipper, payment and shipping arrangements are handled directly between the shipper and the bidder.

Payment Options:
We will automatically charge the card on file for your purchases (~12 hours after the auction ends). If you prefer to pay in person at pickup, please select the in-person payment option in your Winning Bid email before your appointment. You can also view or update your card on file.
