Neoclassical Urn-Form Table Lamps with Silk Bell Shades, Pair
A matched pair of neoclassical table lamps, each built on a tapered ceramic urn with a soft cream-to-toffee ombré glaze and deliberate crazing across the surface. Bronze-tone resin fittings frame the body — acanthus-scroll handles at the shoulder, a fluted socle, and a stepped square plinth raised on gilt paw-scroll feet. Each is topped with a square-cut bell shade in ivory silk and a matching turned finial.
Both lamps are marked to the base and constructed of glass and resin. Wiring uses a 3-way switch and accommodates a standard bulb, giving three light levels per lamp. Sold as a pair; the ombré glaze and paw-foot plinth read as a classical revival design suited to console, entry, or bedside placement.
CONDITION
Very Good and fully functional. Tested and working through all three switch settings; no remarkable damage. The crazing across the glaze is intentional to the design.
