Mexican Rustic Pine Console Table with Marble Tile Inlay Top
A rustic Mexican console table in solid pine with a hand-fitted marble tile mosaic set into a recessed panel across the top. The maker's stamp on the reverse reads "Hecho en Mexico" above a stylized eagle, confirming Mexican manufacture. Two small drawers flank an open display cubby along the upper register, each finished with rustic hand-forged iron ring pulls on scalloped iron backplates.
Below, an open lower section divides into stacked cubbies and flanking side shelves, giving the piece flexible storage for an entryway, hallway, or living area. Construction is honest and sturdy — dimensional pine boards, tapered square legs, and simple joinery in the ranch-and-hacienda tradition of border-region furniture. The warm honey finish and knotty grain carry the informal, hand-built character these pieces are known for.
CONDITION
Good with no remarkable damage. Age-appropriate wear and minor edge chipping to the finish; drawers pull smoothly and the tile inlay is intact. Rustic by design, with knots and grain variation throughout.
