Description

Marcato Atlas Mod. 150 Pasta Machine & Raviolissima Roller — Italian Made, Boxed

A complete Marcato (OMC) home pasta kit from Campodarsego, Italy, centered on the Atlas Mod. 150 hand-crank pasta machine. The chrome-plated body carries the embossed Marcato "M" logo and is marked Tipo Lusso Mod. 150 — Made in Italy, with the globe-and-banner Atlas crest stamped to the roller housing. The yellow-capped folding crank drives the smooth sheeting rollers, while the matched Raviolissima attachment — twin embossed forming rollers under a beech wood feed roller — turns sheeted dough into filled ravioli in a single pass.

The lot is the full retail set as sold in the late 1970s through early 1980s: both machines, their original printed boxes (Atlas Mod. 150 and Raviolissima L.V. No. 6097), and the printed literature — the Recipe-book of ravioli booklet and the Directions for Raviolissima Marcato instruction sheet. Marcato has built these crank machines in the Veneto since 1930, and the Atlas pattern remains the benchmark for home sfoglia; this example pairs the base sheeter with its dedicated ravioli forming roller, an uncommon completeness for the vintage.
