Neil Diamond Vinyl LP Lot — Stones, Touching You Touching Me, Jonathan Livingston Seagull & 12 Greatest Hits
A four-album run of Neil Diamond LPs spanning his early UNI years through the MCA and Columbia catalog. The group includes Touching You Touching Me (UNI STEREO 73071, 1969) with the string-tied burlap-textured gatefold, Stones (UNI STEREO 93106, 1971), the Jonathan Livingston Seagull original motion picture soundtrack (Columbia 7464-32550-1, 1973), and the His 12 Greatest Hits compilation (MCA-2106, 1974).
The set traces Diamond's transition from Brill Building songcraft to full orchestral pop, with arrangements by Lee Holdridge and production by Tom Catalano across the run. Notable inclusions are the interpretive covers on Touching You Touching Me — Joni Mitchell's "Both Sides Now," Fred Neil's "Everybody's Talkin'," and "Mr. Bojangles" — alongside the hit-laden 12 Greatest Hits spanning "Sweet Caroline," "Cracklin' Rosie," "Song Sung Blue," and "I Am...I Said." All four are single-owner copies acquired in the 1960s and 1970s.
CONDITION
Good overall, playable and consistent with single-owner storage. Jackets show edge and corner wear, surface scuffing, and toning; the 12 Greatest Hits and Touching You jackets show the heaviest edge softening and foxing. No unpleasant odors.
