George Zee & Co Hong Kong Rosewood Nesting Tables — Hand Carved, 1970 Marked
This elegant set of four kiln-dried, hand-carved rosewood nesting tables was crafted by George Zee & Co., Ltd. of Hong Kong, a company celebrated from the 1950s until 1997 for producing premium Asian hardwood furniture. Each table features richly carved fretwork aprons adorned with traditional Chinese longevity symbols, exemplifying the meticulous craftsmanship that made George Zee pieces so sought after. The original maker’s brass tag is intact beneath the largest table, marked No. 70-118281, indicating this set was made in 1970.
The tables nest neatly within each other for convenient storage, offering versatility as side tables, plant stands, or decorative accents throughout your home. Crafted from quality rosewood, the set combines classic Chinese artistry with practical modern use.
A timeless heirloom-quality set — bid now to add a touch of fine Hong Kong craftsmanship to your home!
