This striking antique Gothic dining table is a masterful example of craftsmanship, featuring a hand-carved walnut base and a richly veneered top. The table is supported by robust 4" x 4" barley twist-style legs, exuding an elegant architectural presence, complemented by a heavily carved trestle base. The table includes two 15.5" leaf extensions, allowing it to expand for larger gatherings. Condition:
Good antique condition with age-appropriate wear. The table shows finish wear consistent with its history, while the leaf extensions are heavily worn and scratched but remain fully functional. Two legs have minor chips near the feet. Previously restored, and six screws will be required to fasten the table top to the base securely.
