This vintage bolo tie by Willie Yazzie Sr., one of the most celebrated Navajo silversmiths, is a stunning interpretation of the traditional Navajo wedding basket. The sterling silver centerpiece features intricate overlay work, accented with copper to represent the iconic red bands of the ceremonial basket. The wedding basket design, rich in cultural significance, symbolizes harmony, life’s journey, and the interconnectedness of all things.
