By submitting a bid on any New Mexico Estate Auctions sale, you (the bidder) agree to all terms listed below in addition to any additional terms per individual sale.
Coronavirus Protocols
In order to keep everyone healthy and safe, we will be instituting special Coronavirus Protocols until further notice.
- All MVES/ New Mexico Estate Auctions and DAAC Staff and will wear a mask or face covering when around clients and customers.
- Staff reporting to work will be temperature checked before entering the building.
- Hands will be washed or sanitized between any interactions with others.
- All common surfaces (tables, counter-tops, etc) will be disinfected 1x per hour
Contactless Pickup & Social Distancing is in effect. Customers will only be allowed in homes, offices, stores If they are wearing a mask or a face covering. Remember when you wear a mask it protects others, when others wear a mask it protects you. We urge customers paying by CC to pay in advance from their invoice. If a customer is paying by cash please bring exact change.
Bidder Registration:
All bidders are required to provide a valid credit card upon registration. If a bidder does not show up for a pick-up during the designated time or make arrangements before the end of the pick-up window, the card on file will be charged the total invoice amount as well as any associated fees. By bidding with us you agree that we may charge your credit card if necessary.
Buyers Contract: A bid is a legal binding contract. Buyers are responsible for honoring their purchases and payment is expected in full before leaving the premises with your items.
Doña Ana Arts Council (DAAC) reserves the right to bid on pieces in this auction. DAAC has the right to bid and retain items that don't reach a fair market price.
