A note on the year - this chassis of this unit was manufactured in 2007 with a 2008 model year configuration.

Condition:

Mechanical: All systems appear to be in good working order, including engine, transmission, air conditioning, slide out operation, etc.
We were unable to test the combination washer/dryer, awnings, and refrigerator.
Cosmetic:
Interior: Very good condition and very clean with very few indications of previous use.
Exterior: Very good, the only notable defect is a dent in the bottom of one of the doors for the passthrough undercarriage storage. The graphics are in good condition, roof appears to be in very good condition.
