Stainless Steel Food Mill with Three Discs & Original Documentation 🌶️
Hand-crank stainless steel food mill (moulin à légumes) in a complete configuration — mill housing, handle assembly with rotating blade, locking bar, and all three interchangeable milling discs. The construction is entirely stainless steel: dishwasher-safe, corrosion-free, and built to strain skins, seeds, and tough fibers without peeling or coring. Two side handles and a resting foot let it sit securely across a pot or bowl while cranking.
The three discs cover the full working range: Fine 3/32" (3.00mm) for jellies, smooth sauces, and baby food; Medium 5/32" (5.00mm) for applesauce and soups; and Coarse 1/4" (8.00mm) for mashed potatoes, cheese, and chunkier sauces. Here in New Mexico that coarse disc earns its keep — it's the right texture for running roasted red chile into a smooth sauce, pulling out the skins and seeds in one pass./p>
CONDITION
