Kirby Avalir 2 (G10D) Upright Vacuum with Full Accessory System
The Kirby Avalir 2 is the kind of machine people hold onto for thirty years — cast-aluminum housing, belt-lifter transmission, self-propelled drive, and a brush-roll head that adjusts to any pile height. This example carries the Model G10D designation on the base plate, maker-marked KIRBY, Cleveland, Ohio, a Scott Fetzer company. The Micron Magic outer bag, retractable handle, cord hook, and quick-release attachment collar all function as designed. The MSRP on the Avalir 2 system when sold new through Kirby's direct-sales channel ran $2,000–$2,500 depending on the package — this lot includes the full shampoo system, complete attachment kit, carry case, cleaning solutions, and seven fresh bags.
Three new/unused Micron Magic bags are included loose; none is currently installed in the machine. The accessory inventory is documented below — the lot is notably complete.
CONDITION
Very Good and fully functional. Tested and working with no remarkable damage; gentle signs of use throughout consistent with light household service. Chrome and aluminum surfaces remain bright, and the brush roll shows expected fiber wear.
