Tiffin-Franciscan Madeira Plum Footed Iced Tea Glasses, Set of 7
Set of seven footed iced tea tumblers in the Madeira pattern in plum, a deep amethyst-to-rose color that runs darker toward the base. Each glass carries the pattern's signature rippled, bark-textured body with a band of raised thumbprint bezels above a heavy pedestal foot. The molded, slightly irregular surface is intentional to the design, giving the pressed glass a handmade look.
Madeira was produced by Tiffin-Franciscan beginning in the early 1970s and remains one of the more recognizable casual glass patterns of the decade, made in a range of colors including this plum. The generous capacity and stable footed form make these practical for the table as well as display. Sold as a matched set of seven; unmarked, as is typical for the line.
CONDITION
Excellent. No chips, cracks, or damage. The rippled texture and color variation are original to the pattern, not wear.
