Bosca Leather & Ballistic Nylon Flapover Briefcase with Dust Bag

A dual-material professional briefcase from Bosca, the Springfield, Ohio leather goods house founded in 1911 and still family-operated after four generations. The construction pairs a full-grain pebbled leather flap and trim with an olive ballistic nylon body — a combination Bosca introduced in their "Bomber" and "Nylon/Leather" collections to reduce carry weight without compromising the appearance at the desk. The front flap secures via a leather-tab-and-buckle closure over the nylon face pocket; the top-grain rolled leather handle mounts to polished steel bracket hardware. Both the embossed leather luggage tag and the strap keeper carry the Bosca crest, and the shoulder strap swivel snaps are stamped BOSCA in polished nickel. A full-width rear zip compartment runs the back panel.

Inside, the signature Bosca-logo jacquard lining in sage organizes the roomy main compartment with leather-trimmed slip pockets, a zip interior pocket, and gathered organizer panels — the kind of interior architecture that distinguishes a purpose-built professional bag from a fashion piece. The base rides on protective metal feet. The removable, adjustable shoulder strap includes its padded leather shoulder pad and clips via the branded swivel snaps. The original Bosca "ESTD 1911" cotton dust bag accompanies the lot. CONDITION

Very Good overall and fully functional; tested with no damage noted. Leather retains rich color and supple grain with light handling wear on the flap surface consistent with use; hardware operates cleanly throughout. Lining is clean with no staining or tears.
