Bike Nashbar 3-Drum Indoor Bicycle Training Rollers, Steel Frame
A three-drum indoor training roller set from Bike Nashbar, built on a powder-coated black steel frame with three flanged red plastic drums. The adjustable front crossbar slides along a numbered scale stamped 939–1095 (millimeters), allowing precise wheelbase matching across road, cyclocross, and touring geometry. A continuous drive belt links the single front drum to the rear drum pair, so all three spin in unison under the wheels. The frame folds flat when not in use and the crossbar adjustment date label on the underside reads 2017/9/22.
Bike Nashbar's roller design follows the classic open-drum format favored for balance and pedal-stroke training — no frame attachment, no resistance unit, just the bike floating on spinning cylinders. That free-riding dynamic is what coaches and criterium racers have used for decades to develop cadence, smooth power application, and low-speed handling. The scale range covers wheelbases from approximately 37" to 43", accommodating most 700c road bikes and many hybrids.
CONDITION
Very Good. Frame and drums are clean with only minor handling marks; all hardware and adjustment bolts are present and functional. Drive belt is in place and intact. Not tested under a bike load.
