A generously scaled lounge chair and matching ottoman in dark full-grain natural leather, manufactured by Tre Erre S.p.A. of S. Maria Nuova, Forlì, Italy for Roche Bobois. The design is pure 1980s Italian comfort — a deep, low-slung seat framed by overstuffed pillow arms and a scrolled, rolled-over headrest that flares at the crown. The hide has aged into a mottled charcoal-to-graphite patina, lighter where hands and bodies have worn the grain over decades of use.
