Mystery Box — 20 Single-Owner LP Records, Big Band, Jazz & Easy Listening, 1960s–70s
A mystery lot of 20 vinyl LP albums drawn from a single owner's collection, most acquired in the 1960s and 1970s. The lot runs heavy on big band, swing, easy listening, and Nashville sound — exactly the kind of carefully assembled collection that reflects a devoted listener rather than a casual accumulator.
Titles included in this lot: Glenn Miller ("The Authentic Sound of Glenn Miller," "Yesterday"), Benny Goodman ("The Great Benny Goodman"), Paul Mauriat ("Doing My Thing"), Danny Davis and the Nashville Brass ("Orange Blossom Special," RCA ANL1-0902), Leroy Anderson favorites, Frankie Laine's Greatest Hits, Jim Reeves (RCA LPM-1576), Frank Fontaine ("Songs I Sing on the Jackie Gleason Show," ABC Paramount), Henry Mancini and His Orchestra ("The Pink Panther"), and additional titles from the stack including Headliners compilations and easy listening orchestral pressings.
CONDITION
Records are playable. All single-owner; most acquired in the 1960s and 1970s. No unpleasant odors. Jackets show age-appropriate edge and spine wear consistent with decades of storage and use.
