Pair of Black Ball-Turned Table Lamps with French Script Linen Shades
A matched pair of table lamps with turned, ball-and-baluster bodies on square stepped bases, finished in black with hand-rubbed edges that reveal warm copper undertones at the high points — a deliberate aged-bronze treatment rather than wear. Each carries an empire-form linen shade printed with vintage French ledger script and commercial marks (Paris, Bradford, Fayolle), trimmed in black at the top and bottom edges.
Both lamps are wired with three-way switches for adjustable light levels and have been tested and confirmed working. The script-print shades and bronze-toned turned bases lend a traditional, French-country feel suited to bedside or console placement.
CONDITION
Good. Both lamps tested and fully functional with operating three-way switches. Light scratching and minor handling marks consistent with use; the rubbed copper edges are part of the intended finish, not damage.
