A Mission-style table lamp from the Colour Creations "Timeless Serenity" line, dated 2002, pairing a leaded slag-glass shade with a sculpted ceramic vessel base. The shade is built in classic Prairie School geometry — radiating cream and green panels descending to a band of cabochon-jeweled amber glass, finished with a green-and-caramel diamond border at the lower edge. The cast metal crown and finial carry a dark patinated finish, and twin pull-chain switches with butterfly fobs control the dual sockets.
The ceramic base is shaped as a tall, swelling jar with an incised crosshatch and arc pattern wrapping the body, raised studs around the shoulder, and a stepped wood-tone plinth. The maker's foil label remains intact on the underside, marked Colour Creations — Timeless Serenity with a date of 2002.11. A removable art glass panel shade design allows the shade to lift free of the base for transport.
