Hein-Werner Model WS 1½-Ton Hydraulic Service Floor Jacks, Pair
A pair of mid-century American-made hydraulic service floor jacks by Hein-Werner Corp. of Waukesha, Wisconsin, both bearing original manufacturer's data plates marked Model WS, Part Code 05275, with a rated capacity of 1½ Ton (1,361 kg). Heavy cast and fabricated steel construction throughout, with long-reach service-bay style chassis, cast iron saddle pads, four steel wheels, and full-length T-handle operating arms. Both jacks retain original red enamel finish, now heavily worn through decades of working garage use.
Hein-Werner was founded in 1908 and became one of the most respected names in American automotive service equipment through the mid-twentieth century, supplying dealerships, fleet shops, and independent garages with hydraulic jacks, body-shop tools, and frame straighteners. The WS model is a long-bay service jack of the type used on cars and light trucks of the 1950s through 1970s. Sold as a pair for restoration, decorative shop display, or parts.
CONDITION
Service recommended. One raises and lowers, the other does not. Both units show heavy signs of use, surface rust, and pitting throughout consistent with long working life. One jack is partially functional; the other is non-functional. Sold as-is for restoration, display, or parts. Hydraulic performance, seal integrity, and load-holding capability are not warranted.
