Set of 4 Adjustable-Height Industrial Bar Stools, Cast Iron Frame & Wood Seat

A clean, well-executed take on the industrial drafting stool form — four matching stools with cast iron and steel frames finished in matte black, each topped with a round, solid wood seat approximately 1" thick with visible straight grain consistent with ash or elm. The central height-adjustment mechanism is the defining feature: a heavy-gauge threaded screw post running through an arched yoke assembly allows the seat to spin up or down, dialing in a working height anywhere in the range. A double-ring footrest wraps the lower frame, and four outward-splayed legs terminate in ball feet — a profile that draws directly from the Toledo Metal Furniture Company drafting stools that became factory and workshop staples from the early twentieth century onward.

The Toledo stool silhouette has been continuously produced and widely imitated since its introduction in the 1910s, and this set follows that lineage closely — arched yoke, screw-post adjustment, ring footrest, splayed legs. CONDITION
