A grouping of eight unmarked polished aluminum rings executed in the Hopi overlay tradition, featuring the characteristic two-layer construction in which a cut-out upper layer is oxidized and bonded over a polished lower ground — producing the signature high-contrast relief designs. The set spans two construction forms: four wide cuff-style bands and four wrap-style rings. Motifs include stepped geometric and spiral water/migration patterns, sawtooth borders, a sunburst with central diamond, and a heartline bear.

The collection presents as a coordinated retail lot in four matched design pairs. Overlay designs are crisp with deep oxidation in the recesses, yielding strong contrast against the polished upper plane. Well-suited for resale, display, or layered wear.

CONDITION

Excellent overall with no remarkable damage. Light handling marks consistent with new-old-stock inventory; oxidation is intact and crisp throughout all eight pieces.
