Sherwood RX-4010R Digi-Line II Stereo AM/FM Receiver with Remote

The Sherwood RX-4010R Digi-Line II is a full-featured stereo AM/FM receiver from the early 1990s, built around Sherwood's Dynamic Amplification System (DAS) output stage and Digi-Line II tuner architecture. The black-and-silver chassis presents a clean, component-rack aesthetic with discrete knobs for bass (±10 dB), treble (±10 dB), and balance, plus a surround toggle switch and large volume control. The red LED display handles station frequency readout alongside the 30-station random preset tuning system, with Preset Scan, Auto/Manual, Memory, and FM Mode controls flanking the display. Source selection spans Phono, Tuner, CD, Video, and Tape Monitor via dedicated front-panel buttons. A front-panel headphone jack and A/B speaker selector round out the front controls.

The rear panel is comprehensively equipped: full RCA inputs for Phono, CD, Video, and Tape (in/out); A/B speaker binding posts with a 4Ω/8Ω impedance selector (CCPS); FM 75Ω coaxial and AM loop antenna terminals; three switched AC convenience outlets (1A max, 100W); and Sherwood's proprietary Digi Link and Remocon Out jacks for multi-room system integration. CONDITION

Good and fully functional; tested with strong sound output across all inputs and controls. The chassis shows minor cosmetic scuffs along the top edge at the vent seam. The remote operates as intended .
