"Chessie with Pyramids" 1984 Signed Limited Edition Serigraph 10/13

A striking limited-edition serigraph titled "Chessie with Pyramids", dated 1984 and pencil-numbered 10/13 at the lower left. The composition centers a gray tabby with luminous green eyes seated in a stylized desert landscape, the Pyramids of Giza rising behind her against a layered sky of slate and periwinkle clouds. A dark vertical form — likely a palm trunk catching the last light — anchors the right edge in peach and charcoal. The cut-paper aesthetic, flat planes of color, and stipple-dot sand treatment place the work firmly in the bold graphic vocabulary of 1980s decorative printmaking.

Pencil-signed and dated V??? ©'84 at the lower right, with the title inscribed at lower center. From an exceptionally small edition of thirteen impressions. Presented under glass in a clean light oak frame with a wide white mat that lets the imagery breathe.

CONDITION

Good overall with no remarkable damage. Colors remain saturated and the sheet presents cleanly within the mat opening. Frame and glass show only minor handling wear.
