Case Fixed Blade Hunting Knife with Leather Sheath & Steel Spike
A working hunter's outfit centered on a Case's Stainless fixed-blade knife with full-tang construction, riveted hardwood scales, and a nickel silver bolster stamped CASE'S STAINLESS. The drop-point blade shows honest use and previous sharpening, paired with its original Case-branded tooled leather belt sheath embossed CASE XX on the front panel. A lanyard cord threads through the handle butt for carry security in the field.
Included alongside the knife is a polished steel spike strung on a 33" braided nylon cord. The grouping has the look of a ranch or outfitter's kit assembled for practical daily use rather than display.
CONDITION
Good overall. Blade shows oxidation spotting and scratches consistent with use and previous sharpening; bolster carries patina and minor verdigris at the seam. Wood scales retain finish with light handling wear. Leather sheath shows softening, surface scuffs, and a chip to the welt at the throat; stitching remains intact.
