Handcrafted Stacked Mahogany Cocktail Shaker & Travel Mug, Signed RDL 2011
Handcrafted barware pair turned from stacked mahogany segments with polished stainless steel hardware. The cocktail shaker features a traditional three-piece form with domed cap and strainer top, while the companion travel mug carries a screw-on stainless lid with rubber gasket seal. Both pieces show rich variation in the laminated wood bands, the alternating grain creating a strong horizontal rhythm under a glossy finish.
Each piece is signed on the underside in black marker "Mahogany / RDL / 2011," confirming the maker's wood selection and date.
CONDITION
Good overall. A visible crack runs through one wood segment on the travel mug near the rim, shown in supplemental reference image. Hardware is bright with light handling marks; wood finish remains glossy with no significant losses.
