Danish Modern Teak Waterfall Riser, Made in Denmark
A Danish modern riser executed in warm-toned teak with a clean waterfall silhouette. The form is reduced to three planes — two thick slab ends supporting a rectangular top with a subtly raised lip at each short edge — a minimalist solution typical of 1960s–70s Scandinavian production. Teak veneer with characteristic ribbon figure across the top and sides.
Underside bears a stamped "MADE IN DENMARK" mark on light beech-toned secondary wood, confirming Danish origin. No designer or maker attribution is visible..
CONDITION
Very Good overall with attractive original finish and rich color. A faint curved scratch is visible on the top surface (see supplemental reference image); light handling marks and minor edge wear consistent with age.
