Mid-Century Modern Tosca-Style Round Dining Table with Four Nesting Chairs
Mid-century modern dining suite in the manner of Hans Olsen's "Roundette," comprising a round solid-wood table and four wedge-seat chairs that tuck completely beneath the apron for a compact footprint. Tapered cylindrical legs, a clean inset top with subtle groove detail, and curved crest rails define the silhouette, while the chair seats are upholstered in a flecked oatmeal-and-charcoal woven fabric. Maker unconfirmed; recently manufactured.
CONDITION
Good overall, with finish presenting cleanly across the table top and chair frames. One chair appears to have been professionally repaired — see supplemental reference image showing a glued/filled seam along an upper support. Upholstery presents fresh with no notable soiling observed.
