Mid-Century Modern Hollywood Regency High-Back Armchairs, Pair
A matched pair of mid-century Hollywood Regency armchairs with tall, tapering rectangular backs upholstered in glossy black vinyl. Diamond button-tufting and decorative welt stitching articulate the seat backs, while exposed fruitwood frames feature carved rosette blocks at the arm posts and turned, fluted, tapering front legs in the Louis XVI manner.
CONDITION
Fair, fully functional and sturdy condition with scuffing and general wear to the vinyl as shown. A 2" tear is present on the vinyl at the front-facing back of one chair, and the seat bottoms are sagging. Frames remain solid with light surface wear and minor marks to the wood finish.
