Stanley British Colony China Cabinet — Lighted, Mirrored, Cherry

The companion piece to the British Colony buffet, and the one that stops people in the doorway. This is Stanley Furniture's two-piece china cabinet from their domestic Stanleytown, Virginia production — both sections labeled Made in USA and drawer-stamped with the Stanley mark. The upper hutch runs three arched glass-panel bays with mirrored backs, six fully removable glass shelves with plate rails, and built-in interior lighting on a UL-listed circuit. Crown molding tops the cornice; reeded columns frame the display bays. Everything your china, crystal, and silver needs to be seen properly is already built in.

The lower base carries six dovetail-constructed drawers with brass bail hardware — three per side — flanking a center cabinet section with louvered doors, each concealing a removable shelf. Same turned bun feet, same cherry finish, same construction standard as the British Colony buffet.

CONDITION Very Good, fully functional, lighting tested. Case is solid, all drawers operate, doors hang true. One glass shelf has a chip to the corner — see images. Minor surface wear consistent with age; no remarkable damage to case, finish, or hardware.
