Concrete Garden Bird Bath — Tree Trunk Pedestal, Squirrel & Bird Figures, 36"
Two-piece pedestal bird bath cast in concrete, modeled as a naturalistic tree trunk with deeply textured bark detail running from the flared base through the column. The shallow 15" basin features a concentric swirl interior and a ribbed outer apron. Three removable wildlife figures accent the rim: a squirrel holding an acorn and two hand-painted songbirds with rust-orange and blue wing detail. A fourth squirrel figure is cast integral to the pedestal trunk, shown mid-climb. The entire piece is finished in cobalt blue over a black base coat, dry-brushed for a heavily distressed, weathered appearance.
CONDITION
Good. The piece shows chipping throughout consistent with normal outdoor display. The most significant chip is located beneath one bird figure at its attachment point — not visible when the bird is in place. No structural cracks on the pedestal or basin body.
