Old World Dining Set 9-Pc — Carved Hardwood, Leaf, Table Pads

A substantial carved hardwood dining set in the Old World tradition, built around a shaped rectangular extension table with serpentine ends, a deeply carved basket-weave apron running the full perimeter, and four turned baluster legs in a warm honey-brown finish. The tabletop is veneered with a contrasting inset border panel. The chair backs feature a woven-panel crest rail with scroll terminals — each capped by a cast pewter-tone floral rosette — over an open curved splat with rattan-wrapped detail. The warm tones and handcraft-style carving throughout sit naturally alongside Saltillo floors, adobe walls, and the earthy palettes common to traditional New Mexico interiors. Manufactured by Ashley Furniture.

The lot includes the dining table, one 18½" extension leaf, six side chairs, two captain's armchairs, and a set of custom table pads.

CONDITION

Good — the set is fully functional and sturdy throughout, with touch-up work completed on the finish. Light surface scratches are visible on some of the pieces. Upholstery is clean with no visible staining.
