Pyrex #045 2.5 Qt Daisy Casserole Dish w/ Lid — Maker Marked, USA, 1968–73
This is a Pyrex #045 oval casserole in the Daisy pattern, designed by Cynthia S. Gerow and produced in the United States between 1968 and 1973. The dish features a solid bright yellow exterior with a cream opalware interior, octagonal tab handles, and is stamped "045 2½ Qt / PYREX / Made in U.S.A. / Ovenware" on the base. The #045 yellow oval casserole was always paired with an opal decorated lid — here carrying the full Daisy graphic of radiating yellow petals around an orange center with a small floral border ring.
Lot includes the casserole dish and matching opal Daisy lid.
CONDITION
Very Good. The casserole dish presents cleanly with no chips or cracks; light wear to the yellow exterior consistent with age. The lid shows light surface scratches to the printed Daisy design.
