A low storage cabinet built in solid and veneered oak, featuring four bi-fold doors faced with dramatically book-matched quarter-sawn oak veneer arranged in a chevron parquet pattern that forms a bold starburst motif across the full door face. The carcase, top, and framing are solid quarter-sawn oak showing prominent ray fleck figure throughout, with antique brass piano-style hinges at each door pair.
The interior is divided by a central vertical stile into two equal bays, each fitted with a fixed shelf — upper compartments at 13" clear height, lower at 11" — yielding four open storage sections.
CONDITION Good. The cabinet is sturdy and all four doors hang and operate correctly, with the bookmatch veneer faces presenting cleanly. The top surface shows a faded area across a portion of its finish. A water stain is present on the back panel.
