Exterior and Interior Condition

Exterior — Very Good. Gelcoat presents exceptionally well with no fading, crazing, or delamination. Painted graphics are vivid and fully intact. Three noted cosmetic flaws: scuff on the nose cap, minor deterioration of the weatherstrip on one slideout corner seal, and a small crack in the trim surround at the entry stairs.

Interior — Excellent. No water damage, soft spots, ceiling or wall staining of any kind. Flooring is unmarked throughout. Cabinetry, upholstery, and countertops show no meaningful wear consistent with light seasonal use.
