This early Full HD Handycam model is equipped with a Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T* lens (f/1.8–5.1) and Sony’s ClearVid CMOS sensor for sharp 1080i video capture. The camcorder includes a flip-out 3.5" LCD touchscreen, NightShot infrared capability, manual camera controls, and HDMI output for high-definition playback on modern displays.
Footage records directly to the internal drive, and the unit can also capture still images up to 4.0 megapixels.
