Description

Lot of 5 Studio Art Glass Paperweights — Eickholt 1987 & Spring Valley

ttractive collection of five studio art glass paperweights, each uniquely hand-crafted with distinct internal designs and controlled bubble patterns. The largest piece is signed Eickholt 1987, representing the work of Robert Eickholt, a noted Ohio glass artist active from the late 1970s through the early 2000s. Eickholt’s pieces are celebrated for their complex color layering, clarity, and mastery of internal form.

Another example bears a Spring Valley Handmade label, featuring a vivid green interior with suspended bubbles in the millefiori style. The remaining three exhibit striking variations — a dark spiral-banded orb, a swirling violet core encased in clear glass, and a textured earth-toned design with blue inclusions. Together, they exemplify the diversity and artistry of late-20th-century American studio glassmaking.
