Gemstone Inlay Desk Globe — Navy Lacquer, Brass Stand, Compass Base
A decorative tabletop globe with continents inlaid in semi-precious gemstone — turquoise for the United States, white stone for Canada, and varied minerals across other landmasses — set against a deep navy lacquered sphere with a gold-line coordinate grid. The brass cabriole stand features a graduated meridian ring, full equatorial band, ball feet, and a functional compass mounted at the column base. A numbered key on the sphere identifies 23 smaller nations including Vatican, Monaco, and Liechtenstein.

CONDITION
Good. Gemstone continent inlays are intact and the sphere retains solid gloss overall. The brass finish shows noticeable oxidation and surface patina at junction points and on the underside of the base. Compass is functional and the sphere rotates freely.
