This listing features two original 1970s Warner Bros. vinyl LPs from Bonnie Raitt’s early catalog: Sweet Forgiveness (1977, BS 2990) and Takin’ My Time (1973, BS 2729). Both are U.S. pressings with palm tree labels and showcase the development of Raitt's signature blend of blues, folk, and rock.

Sweet Forgiveness includes the charting hit “Runaway,” Raitt’s acclaimed cover of the Del Shannon classic, and features contributions from Jackson Browne and Michael McDonald. Produced by Paul A. Rothchild (The Doors, Janis Joplin), the album helped bring Raitt to a wider audience. Takin’ My Time, produced by John Hall, is more eclectic in scope, drawing from New Orleans R&B, calypso, and folk. The vinyl on both records is in Good condition, with visible scuffing and surface marks throughout, including a notable scratch on Sweet Forgiveness (Side II). Visual grading only; playback not tested. Jackets show expected shelf wear: Takin’ My Time is in Fair condition with heavier ringwear and rubbing; Sweet Forgiveness is Good to Very Good, with some corner wear but strong color retention and a clean gatefold interior.
