Beautifully handcrafted Navajo sterling silver ring featuring nine bezel-set turquoise cabochons, eight of which appear to be Royston stones, known for their vivid blue-green tones and natural brown matrix. The cabochons vary slightly in shape and color, adding to the handmade charm and authenticity. The central stone measures approximately 13.32 x 6.18 mm, surrounded by smaller stones averaging 8.34 x 7.18 mm.
