Highly collectible Johnny Lightning “Classic Customs Corvette” Collector’s Edition Box Set 1, produced by Playing Mantis in 1996 under official Chevrolet license. This boxed 10-car set features die-cast replicas of iconic Corvettes: 1954 Nomad, 1957 Roadster, 1962 Roadster, 1965 Mako Shark, 1967 Coupe 427, 1980 Aerovette, 1982 T-Top, Sting Ray III, Corvette Indy, and 1995 ZR-1. Each model includes authentic Corvette paint colors, die-cast metal body and chassis, and a collector trading card. No White Lightning chase variants were issued for this release.
A sought-after early Johnny Lightning Box Set, this collection captures four decades of Corvette design evolution and remains a cornerstone for both Johnny Lightning and Chevrolet collectors.
