1996 Matchbox Gold Collection Set of 2 – Lamborghini Diablo & T-Bird Coupe
Offered here is a pair of 1996 Matchbox Gold Collection die-cast vehicles, featuring the Lamborghini Diablo (No. 42743) and T-Bird Turbo Coupe (No. 42784). Each model was produced in a strictly limited edition of 5,000 pieces worldwide and includes the original collector’s medallion and certificate signed by Gene Murtha, Senior Vice President of Matchbox Marketing.
Both 1:64-scale vehicles were manufactured in Thailand and presented in premium display boxes with red velvet-style bases. These highly detailed, die-cast replicas exemplify Matchbox’s mid-1990s premium collector line, designed for display rather than play.

Condition:
