Pair of Navajo Folk Art Wool Sheep — wood & leather details, c. 1980s–2000s
Charming pair of Navajo folk art sheep, each hand-made with a carved black wooden head, black dowel legs, leather ears, and a thick wool pelt—one in natural white, the other in gray. This petite format is closely related to examples by Dinah/Daryl Scott and Lena Mudd, noted for similar construction and materials (see comps in notes). A playful, tactile duo for Southwestern or rustic displays.
Condition: Excellent condition with no damage.
Dimensions: Dimensions (each): 4 x 2 x 4.5 inches.
Please note: soup can shown in photos for scale.
