Vintage Hamilton Collections Cast-Resin Shorebird & Duck Pair
A coastal-chic trio with a history lesson baked in: these cast-resin birds were retailed by Hamilton Collections, Inc. of Columbus, Indiana (labels on the felt bottoms). Not the Bradford-Exchange “Hamilton Collection”—this was a Midwestern décor house active from the late 1970s–2000s. The set includes a curvy shorebird perched on a metal rod and log base plus two stylized ducks. Each piece mimics hand-carved wood with incised feather work and a pale, whitewashed finish—classic “looks-like-wood, displays-like-art” décor. They group beautifully on a mantel, bookcase, or lake cabin shelf, and they scratch that decoy-collector itch without the “don’t touch me” museum vibes. Soup can in photos for scale!
Condition
Excellent with no damage—no chips, cracks, or repairs observed. Only light rubbing to the felt bottoms and retailer labels.
