Lovely Lladró Gres porcelain figurine “Muchacha con Cántaro” (Model 2084), depicting a seated young woman with a water jug resting on her knee. Designed by Fulgencio García and handcrafted in Valencia, Spain, this work exemplifies Lladró’s celebrated Gres line, known for its soft matte finish and natural, earthy palette. The delicate modeling of the figure’s features and the subtle tonal variation of the jug and drapery highlight the sculptor’s refined artistry.
First introduced in the 1970s, this figure reflects Lladró’s turn toward warm, naturalistic themes inspired by Mediterranean life. Marked on the underside with the blue Lladró hallmark and artist’s impressed signature marks.
