Stephen K. McCullough “Wind Chanter” Original Watercolor, 2000
Original watercolor titled “Wind Chanter” by Stephen K. McCullough, depicting dynamic petroglyph-inspired imagery in layered earthen hues of sienna, black, and white. The work features abstract forms and symbols evocative of ancient rock art, masterfully balanced with modern composition and tonal depth. Signed front lower right and again verso, and inscribed “Fall 2000.”
Professionally framed under glass with a double mat in complementary neutral tones. A printed biography and gallery label from McCullough Fine Arts, Albuquerque, New Mexico, accompany the work, affirming authenticity and provenance. A strong example of McCullough’s synthesis of Native American cultural heritage and contemporary expression.
