Pencil-signed limited edition lithograph by Las Cruces artist Jack Pumphrey, depicting the historic Rio Grande Theatre on Main Street. Hand-numbered 152/500 at lower left and signed at lower right; margin credits RB Design & Printing and states that proceeds supported the theatre’s restoration. Crisp sepia cross-hatching captures the building’s 1926 façade and vertical “RIO GRANDE” blade—an instantly recognizable local landmark listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Condition
Good overall, with a minor area of discoloration to the upper center and a small spot near the sign (see photos). Light handling to frame; signature and edition are clear.
