Stardust Resort $10 Silver Strike – Enter the Night – .999 Silver, Encapsulated
This listing features an undated Stardust Resort & Casino Ten Dollar gaming token, issued in Las Vegas, Nevada. The token is a bimetallic “Silver Strike” issue, consisting of a .999 fine silver center encased within a brass outer ring. No date appears on the token. A small CT mint mark is visible beneath the central inscriptions, indicating manufacture by Casino Tokens, Inc.
The obverse displays multiple stylized starbursts above the raised STARDUST logo. Beneath are the inscriptions LAS VEGAS and NEVADA on two lines, followed by the CT mint mark. The surrounding brass ring is inscribed LIMITED EDITION TEN DOLLAR GAMING TOKEN along the upper arc and .999 FINE SILVER along the lower arc, separated by small dot devices.
The reverse features the Enter the Night logo in raised lettering at center, with radiating linear elements extending upward and outward. The brass outer ring repeats LIMITED EDITION TEN DOLLAR GAMING TOKEN at the top and STARDUST RESORT at the bottom, again divided by dot separators. These Silver Strike tokens were originally intended for casino gaming use and are now collected for their silver content and casino-related designs. The piece is housed in a protective capsule.
